Product Description

WQ(D)-SQG submersible sewage pump with cutting device has a particularly strong discharge capacity. The tape has good cutting performance. It can shred the long fibers, plastics, paper, tape, cloth strips, straw, rope and other impurities in the sewage and then discharge them. The advanced method is adopted to design the reasonable hydraulic characteristics, so that the electric pump can be full head operation, with a combination of dry-type motors and water pumps.
The electric pump uses a high-quality silicon carbide fluorine glue machine.

The combined surface of the double-end mechanical seal and the skeleton oil seal shall not exceed 1/2 of the height of the motor, and the temperature of the pumped dirt shall not exceed 40°C. This series of sewage and sewage diving sewage is mainly used to discharge domestic wastewater, sewage, human feces and urine, and solid suspended solids and non-corrosive media containing short fiber paper chips, wood dust, silt, ore particles, etc. The temperature of the pumped liquid is not above 40℃, the density is not more than 1200kg/m3, and the PH value is 59. The sewage pump adopts double mechanical seal and open impeller.

Alloy 20 cutting heads and impellers are made from chrome, nickel and molybdenum and are wear-resistant, non-clogging, non-winding, small in size, compact in structure and easy to carry.

PUMP MAINTENANCE

• Check whether the submersible sewage pump pipeline and joints are loose. Roll the sewage pump by hand to see if the sewage pump is flexible.

• Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.

• Jog the motor to see if the direction of the motor is correct.

• Start the motor. When the submersible sewage pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see that they show proper pressure, then gradually open the gate valve, and check the load status of the motor at the same time.

• Try to control the flow rate and head of the sewage pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the sewage pump operates at the power point, so as to achieve a great energy-saving effect.

• If abnormal noise is found in the sewage pump, stop immediately to check the cause.

• When the sewage pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

• Frequently adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping condition in the stuffing chamber is normal (it is better to let the dripping out).

• Regularly check the wear condition of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time if the wear is large.

• If the sewage pump is not used for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, wipe off the water, clean the water pump and water pipes, replace the mouth ring, apply grease to the rolling parts and joints and install them.
