Feature

• The KBZE dewatering pump is made with a cast iron body, the KBZE pump can withstand the demanding heavy-duty conditions found in construction, aggregate, and mining applications.

• Both the semi-open impeller and wear plate of this submersible pump are made of high chrome alloy. The hardness of this material is at least 58 HR, it's more durable than other materials(ductile iron).

• The submersion depth is greatly increased due to mechanical seal resistant to high pressure.

• The hermetically sealed motor is equipped with built-in thermal protection for under 15kW of power.

• Effective motor cooling due to discharge channel cast as part of the motor housing. Space economy is discharged by a top outlet from 50mm (2") to 100mm (4"). Motor l.5kW(2HP) to 5.5kW(7.5HP).

• Versatility is increased as each model of KBZE pump has the capability of being easily converted between high head and high volume performance with a simple change of impeller, suction cover, and hose coupling.

• The pump can operate automatically with a built-in intelligent control system, thus achieving low total energy costs.

KBZE Intelligent Submersible Dewatering Pump

SPECIFICATION

MAIN ADVANTAGES

• Prevents reversal of phase and ensures that the ring rotates in accordance with the correct impeller.

• Protect against open phase or impeller jam, thus preventing accidental damage

• Automatic switching on of the pump in case of overload, voltage abnormality, and recovery after 5 minutes;

• The pump stops working at high temperatures, and will automatically boot after cooling to the specified temperature;

• The water sensor's height is adjustable to control pump operation and stop;

• When the water level is below the probe, the pump stops working in the 60s and remains inactive for 180s, closing after 180 seconds. When the water level is above the probe, the pump will work again;

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

By setting up multiple KBZE submersible Intelligent dewatering pump at different height levels, these dewatering pumpsprevent damage caused by submersion in flood water resulting from heavy rain.These pumps do not require anycomplex setting or installation work. Installation is as easy as positioning the pumps and connecting them to a powersupply. If flooding occurs and the water level increases, the pumps automatically start pumping out water.

IPump continues to run while the electric probe remains submerged.
IVWhen the water level rises to contact the electric probe, pump starts operating agan.

The Process is repeated.

IIWhen the water surface fails below the electric probe, timer starts to coynt about one minute.
IIIPump stops in about one minute after the water level falls.

For an underground car park where flood water mat enter, and the automatic pumps can effectively prevent damage caused by submersion.

Adjusting the start water level by setting up multiple automatic pumps

The pumps automatically start pumping out water when the water level rises, and also automatically stop when the water level decreases. Simply raise or lower the pump position using blocks or bricks to set the water level at which the pump starts operation.
