Product Description
This submersible sewage pump is ideal for draining slurry, draining waste water, and irrigation in agriculture, architecture, environmental protection
, and industry. It is able to separate waste such as short fiber, long fiber, and sand from water. Submersible sewage pumps are widely used in agriculture, architecture, mining, environmental protection, and industry, such as to drain slurry and wastewater containing short-fiber, long-fiber, waste paper, sand, etc. They are also ideal for irrigation.

WQ submersible sewage pump maintenance:
1. Check whether the submersible sewage pump pipeline and joints are loose. Roll the sewage pump by hand to see if the sewage pump is flexible.
2. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.
3. Jog the motor to see if the direction of the motor is correct.
4. Start the motor. When the submersible sewage pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see that they show proper pressure, then gradually open the gate valve, and check the load status of the motor at the same time.
5. Try to control the flow rate and head of the sewage pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the sewage pump operates at the power point, so as to achieve the greatest energy-saving effect.
6. If abnormal noise is found in the sewage pump, stop immediately to check the cause.
7. When the sewage pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
8. Frequently adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping condition in the stuffing chamber is normal (it is better to let the dripping out).
9. Regularly check the wear condition of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time if the wear is large.
10. If the sewage pump is not used for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, wipe off the water, clean the water pump and water pipes, replace the mouth ring, apply grease to the rolling parts and joints, and install them.
