How to choose a multistage submersible pump in our life?

Why did we choose the QDP-SE multistage submersible pump?

QDP-SE multistage submersible pump is a high-quality multi-stage submersible pump with 3 impellers and electronic flow control (i.e. it will automatically pump on demand). The electronic flow control of the CREST QDP90-3SE multistage submersible pump responds to the pressure in the outlet pipe. As the user draws water by opening a tap or similar, the pump starts automatically! Turn off the water demand and the pump automatically shuts off as well.

It is manufactured with anti-corrosive and rust-proof materials.

Automatic mode to QDP-SE multistage submersible pump

The QDP-SE multistage submersible pump switches off automatically as soon as no more water is drawn. Due to the check valve, the pressure is maintained in the hose until water is drawn via the hose. When water is drawn via the hose (the pressure in the hose falls below 2.0 bar), the pump switches on automatically.

Dry run protection (flow control) to QDP-SE multistage submersible pump:

The QDP-SE multistage submersible pump switches off automatically when there is no fluid pumped. The pump operates in cycles of 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off (3x). This cycle is repeated at 1 hr, 5 hr, and 24 hr. The pump is operational again as soon as the pump is submerged at least 17 cm in the water again.

Flow control to QDP-SE multistage submersible pump:

The flow control switches off automatically as soon as no more water is drawn. If there is a leak on the pressure side (e.g. a leak in a pressure hose or tap), the pump should be switched on and off at short intervals. If the pump is switched on and off more frequently than 7 times in 2 minutes (leaking at a rate of 12 liters/hour, the pump will shut down completely. When the leakage on the pressure side is eliminated, the pump must be unplugged and plugged in again to be operational again.

Stop valve:

The integrated stop valve closes as soon as no more water is drawn.

Thermal protection switch:

In the event of an overload, the pump is switched off by the built-in thermal motor protection. After sufficient cooling of the motor, the pump is operational again.

Motor Casing:

The motor of the QDP water pump is made of stainless steel, which has better corrosion resistance and better hardness. This design is higher than the DAB Divetron1000-1200 pumps, whose motor end housing is TECHNOPOLYMER.

2 Ways to Absorb Water

The QDP90-5SE multistage submersible pump has two ways of absorbing water, one through the filter cover as shown below, and the other through the pump's suction port. It is also possible to install a hose and a floating ball at the nozzle of the QDP90-5SE multistage submersible pump, as shown in the figure.
